About the Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern who's proactive, curious, and not afraid to challenge the way things are done. This is a hands-on role that blends sales support, lead generation, and online community engagement. You'll work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture online communities (Slack, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.).
• Support the sales process; from lead qualification to follow-ups.
• Research and identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Assist with CRM updates and tracking outreach metrics.
• Bring fresh perspectives to existing processes and suggest improvements.

Programme details:

- Location: In-person, Chennai (remote only as a privilege, not the default)

- Duration: 4-6 weeks

- Commitment: Full-time

- Compensation: Stipend + performance-based bonus opportunities
