Business Development Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates from premier institutions (IIT/IIM or equivalent Tier-1 colleges) who are passionate about strategy, partnerships, and driving growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Assist in developing strategic plans for partnerships, collaborations, and revenue growth.

Support proposal creation, presentations, and client engagement activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to execute BD initiatives.

Track and report performance metrics for ongoing projects and partnerships.

Contribute to innovative ideas for expanding organisational reach and impact.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM from IIM/IIT or equivalent Tier-1 B-school

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Interest in business strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Prior exposure to business development, consulting, or market research projects.

Knowledge of agriculture, sustainability, or rural development sectors (optional but desirable).
