Job description 1. Engage proactively with potential leads through outbound and inbound calls to introduce and explain the company’s programs and services. 2. Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals, background, and preferences. 3. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM with complete accuracy and follow-up details. 4. Follow-up persistently on leads generated through various marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion. 5. Handle objections professionally and work toward resolving concerns raised by prospective learners. 6. Coordinate with the sales and admissions team to ensure seamless enrolment and onboarding of students. 7. Share course-related brochures, fee structures, and relevant materials via official communication channels. 8. Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates and ensure timely reminders and confirmations. 9. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion reports to the team lead or reporting manager. 10. Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, improve communication techniques, and stay updated on new offerings.
