Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of TripHind in your region—driving sales, building relationships, and helping travelers discover the magic of our curated travel packages. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TripHind’s travel packages and services to walk-in clients and local leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide expert travel advice and customized itinerary planning.
• Handle bookings, payments, and post-sale customer support.
• Represent TripHind at local events, expos, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree, or related field (preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
