Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an Upwork Bidder to identify quality projects, write effective proposals, and communicate professionally with clients. The role focuses on lead generation, proposal submission, and converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

Search and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork.

Write clear, customized proposals.

Communicate with clients and schedule discussions when needed.

Understand basic project requirements and coordinate with the internal team.

Follow up on submitted bids and maintain a lead tracker.

Respond promptly to client invitations and new job posts.

Requirements

1.5 months to 3 years of Upwork bidding.

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Understanding of basic technical concepts (web, mobile, SaaS, AI, APIs).

Ability to create concise, tailored proposals.

Good research, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Preferred

Experience bidding in Mobile app development (Flutter), Full Stack, Web designing, Web development

Work Type

Full-time WFO ( Work from office)

Salary: 20k-30k
