Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all agency partners, understanding their ongoing and new project needs
• Collaborate with internal Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to craft solutions tailored to partner agency requirements
• Lead proposal discussions, including scope definition, pricing alignment, and negotiations
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle ownership from requirement gathering to final delivery coordination
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account expansion
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate project and communication records using CRM and project management tools
• Work closely with leadership to align on account strategies and business growth plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development, preferably in an agency or B2B services environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, proposals, and client requirements simultaneously
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or IT service delivery processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and manage client expectations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or within digital marketing or web/mobile development agencies
• Understanding of project scoping, estimation, and client onboarding processes
• Ability to analyze agency partner needs and translate them into actionable solutions
