About the Role:

We're expanding our UK client acquisition team and looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a rewarding long-term career in international business development. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK clients
• Listen to their needs and recommend the right solutions
• Hit your monthly/quarterly targets and help the team succeed
• Keep all call details updated in our CRM (very easy system)
• Mentor coaching to keep improving

What We Offer

• Salary + Unlimited commission structure, current team members regularly take home ₹55,000 – ₹1,20,000+ per month
• Shift: UK-aligned hours (Winter: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Summer: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off every week

Ideal Candidate

• 12th Pass or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn
• No previous experience required
