Role Overview:

Business Development Executive (Location Acquisition Specialist)

• Corporate offices
• Residential societies
• Shopping malls
• Gyms & fitness centers
• Educational institutions
• Other high-footfall areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and shortlist prime locations in Mumbai for vending machine placement.
• Build strong connections with location decision-makers (facility managers, RWA committees, mall managers, etc.).
• Negotiate and finalize placement/rental/revenue-sharing agreements.
• Work closely with the JuiceTap team to oversee smooth installation and launch of machines.

Requirements:

• Based in Mumbai with good knowledge of the city.
• Strong local network with offices, societies, malls, or similar establishments.
• Experience in the

  vending industry, FMCG, real estate, or location acquisition

  is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
