Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong command of English communication and at least 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to work with international clients, generate qualified leads, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients from international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must have 2 + years of experience in US Sales or International BDE in IT company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong network of US-based clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
