Business Development Executive Trainee

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive – Trainee to join our growing team. The trainee will support lead generation, client communication, market research, and customer relationship building to support the business growth of our commercial kitchen equipment division.

Identify potential clients through market research and networking

• Assist in generating sales leads via calls, emails, and visits
• Support in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain client database and update CRM records
• Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings
• Coordinate with technical and production teams for client requirements
• Support in digital marketing campaigns and social media outreach
• Collect feedback and assist in after-sales service

Requirements

• Graduate / Pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
• Eager to learn about industrial products and B2B marketing
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and result-oriented
