*Job Description:*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Business Development Executive* to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our digital marketing services.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
* Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, graphic designing, photography & videography etc.) to prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
*Salary & Incentives:*
* *Base Salary:* ₹15,000 per month (paid via company account).
* *Performance-Based Incentive:* Additional ₹5,000 will be provided if the candidate achieves a *minimum fixed target of ₹2,00,000 in sales per month*.
* *Total Salary (on Target Achievement):* ₹20,000 per month.
* Opportunity for performance bonuses and growth based on consistent achievement.
*Note:*
* This is a target-oriented role; *incentives are strictly tied to the achievement of the set sales targets*.
* Timely salary disbursement will be made through the official company account.
