Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time Business Development Executive / Team Lead (Pre-Sales) for a remote/hybrid role based in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential learners to understand their career goals and training needs
• Present, promote, and guide learners about skilledUp's Data & Analytics programs
• Manage lead follow-ups and convert prospects into successful enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall learner experience
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential opportunities
• Excellent Business and Account Management abilities for building and maintaining productive client relationships
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools and modern sales strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles, especially in the EdTech or training sector, is an added advantage
