· Identify, generate, and qualify leads for staff augmentation services (IT/Non-IT).
· Develop new client relationships and bring staff augmentation clients on board.
· Strong knowledge of staff augmentation, IT resource outsourcing, and staffing solutions.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
· Pitch and present staffing solutions to potential clients effectively.
· Represent us at events, forums & client meetings
