About Us:
We are a fast-growing digital solutions company specializing in Website Design, E-commerce Development, and Digital Marketing. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
~ Pitch and explain our services to business owners and decision-makers.
~ Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
~ Achieve a minimum target of 5 new clients per month.
~ Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
~ Collaborate with the marketing & technical teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements:
~ 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (IT or Digital Marketing industry preferred).
~ Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi & Bangla).
~ Basic knowledge of websites, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
~ Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
~ Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
~ Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
~ Incentives/Bonuses: Attractive performance-based bonuses on each deal closed
