Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) with strong communication and negotiation skills to generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should be motivated, target-driven, and capable of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
• Write customized and persuasive proposals to acquire new clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO)
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions as per client requirements
• Maintain and expand client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft tailored proposals and negotiate effectively with clients
• Familiarity with IT services including web development, SEO, and digital marketing
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lead generation and client acquisition in the IT domain
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
