Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and converting them into customers for our Digital Marketing Services and Digital Marketing Courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and manage leads through various online and offline channels
• Convert potential leads into paying customers for digital marketing services and training programs
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain strong follow-up and build healthy relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion
• Maintain sales records and provide weekly reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (digital marketing industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
