Job Description

You are a dedicated Business Development Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in the FMCG industry, focusing on retail sales and secondary sales. You must have a strong understanding of the dynamics of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Proficiency in retail sales and secondary sales is mandatory for this role. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with retail clients and key stakeholders is crucial. Achieving sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and conducting market research to identify trends are key aspects of this role. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings is essential. You must ensure effective communication and seamless operations between different business units. Additionally, preparing and presenting business proposals and sales forecasts to senior management and providing feedback on product demand, competition, and market needs are part of your responsibilities. Your role requires exceptional negotiation skills to close business deals effectively and experience in B2B sales to establish and maintain business relationships. An understanding of primary sales strategies within the beverage sector is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage stakeholders at various levels. Experience with Salesforce for customer relationship management is desirable.,
