Job Summary
This purpose of this role is to to manage the sales and service of the company.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Familiarising with products and services offered by the company
2. Building business relationships with new and existing customers 3. Understanding customers needs and recommending solutions based on it 4. Creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients 5. Negotiating with clients to help than move down the sales funnel 6. Researching and making outbound calls to prospective clients 7. Communicating with the sales team and business managers to keep and grow accounts 8. Traveling to customers site and attending trade shows to promote a company's products and services 9. Conducting competitive marketing analysis to build a sales strategy to secure new business 10. Updating and maintaining a customer database
Qualifications & Experience
1. Qualification - B.Com
2. 2-5 years of experience in relevant field. 3. Good Communication Skills, fluency in Telegu, Customer Service, Business Etiquette, Email Etiquette
