Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential US-based clients in the Accounting, Finance, and FinTech sectors requiring staff augmentation support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Accounting Firms, CPAs, CFOs, and HR/Procurement leaders to understand their staffing and outsourcing needs.
  • Promote Qualified Recruiters staff augmentation solutions for accounting roles including AR/AP Specialists, Bookkeepers, Payroll Executives, and Accountants.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in the FinTech and Accounting outsourcing domains.
  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and CRM outreach tools, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, pricing, and resource profiles aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report conversion rates and revenue outcomes to management.
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales in the Accounting, BPO, or Staff Augmentation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Staff Augmentation for Accounting and Finance functions, including Bookkeeping, Payroll, AR/AP, and Tax Preparation.
  • Experience in selling staffing or outsourcing services to US-based clients (FinTech or Accounting domain preferred).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven success in B2B sales or client acquisition in global markets.
