Position : Business Development Executive (Only For Women)
Location : Mohali
Madbrains Technologies LLP is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base and ensure the delivery of exceptional digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the US market using various lead generation strategies.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction while aligning with our agency's objectives.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to present our offerings effectively.Exceed sales targets to foster agency growth and profitability.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing services and their business value.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and solving problems creatively.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in US or overseas market sales is preferred.
Fresher candicates with internship experience and having excellent communication can apply to this job
Additional Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of staff augmentation and contract staffing.Familiarity with CRM software, prospecting tools, and email platforms.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to meet sales targets and excel in a fast-paced environment.
