Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and develop new B2B dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Build and expand the dealer network across assigned regions to achieve sales growth.
Train distribution partners and their sales teams on product offerings, pricing, and business process.
Enable channel partners to operate and generate business independently with minimal support.
Develop long-term business relationships with dealers and institutional clients.
Create and execute territory-wise sales development strategies.
Conduct regular visits to channel partners to review sales performance and support them when required.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets effectively.
Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive product promotion activities.
Maintain business reports, sales pipelines, and competitor analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of B2B sales and distribution management.
Ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to train and enable partners to work independently.
Strong market knowledge, networking ability, and business closing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for channel expansion and support.
Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Minimum
3+ years experience
in B2B or Channel Sales.
