Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or interns with a background in marketing or civil engineering to gain real-world experience in sales and client relations in the luxury lighting industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners. Promote our range of premium lighting products to prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the brand. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement business strategies. Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement Basic understanding of lighting products (training will be provided) Passion for design, architecture, and aesthetics is a plus Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications MBA in Marketing B.Tech in Civil Engineering (with interest in interior or architectural sales) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
