Description:
We are looking for a proactive Business development Executive to join our team. This role involves tele-calling current students to introduce and promote our service offerings, setting up meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with students. The successful candidate will manage student databases, handle appointment scheduling, and forward sales leads to the sales department. Additionally, you will gather and leverage student referrals to attract new students and work towards meeting monthly admission targets to support the institution’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tele-calls to existing students for introductions and service explanations.
- Arrange meetings and maintain comprehensive student databases.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the sales department.
- Collect and utilize student referrals to drive new student enrollment.
- Achieve or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Lead and mentor a team.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Male candidates only.
Experience:
- 1 year of work experience preferred, but not required.
Salary: Negotiable with additional incentives.
Schedule: Day shift.
