Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to help grow our marketplace by bringing new sellers on board and building strong, long-term relationships with them. This is a mix of field visits and online coordination, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and approach potential sellers, shops, and brands
  • Explain how our platform works and assist with onboarding
  • Collect product details and help sellers list their products
  • Maintain regular follow-up and positive relationships with sellers
  • Report weekly progress and challenges to the team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable speaking with shop owners and brand representatives
  • Basic phone, WhatsApp, and data handling skills
  • Ability to travel locally for field visits
  • Friendly, patient, and relationship-focused attitude
