Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in the e-learning industry (B2B)
  • Actively generate leads through various channels cold calling, networking, social media, and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable e-learning solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in the

    e-learning or EdTech industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive hunter mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
