Job Description

You will be responsible for leading our lead generation efforts and managing events on the floor. Your background in sales, marketing, and event management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. You will build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, and develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will qualify leads and pass them on to the team after conversion. In terms of events handling, you will manage and coordinate event shows and clients on the floor. Ensuring seamless execution of events, including logistics, setup, and teardown, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful events and develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and generate leads. Apart from the core responsibilities, you will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaboration with internal teams, meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, and providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and attendees are also expected. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of lead generation and sales success. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with event management marketing and sales will be advantageous.,
