Position:

About the Role:-

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences when required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of software services such as Web/Mobile Development, ERP/CRM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
