Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic International Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team for the US market. The role involves engaging with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, pitching products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior telesales/telemarketing experience (preferably in the international/US process), and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential US clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Effectively pitch company products/services and build strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer details and sales records.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international telesales/telemarketing (US or UK process preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/US accent is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
  • Target-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

· Shift Timings: Night shift (aligned with US business hours).

· Work Mode: Office.
