Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated fresher to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving growth for Notasco Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via online platforms, cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand company services/products and present them effectively to potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business development.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and current market trends (preferred).
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
