Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Support the sales team in client outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and demos. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information. Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings. Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication. Provide reports and updates to the sales team on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (final year result waiting students can also apply). Good communication skills in Malayalam and English It would be better if you can handle Hindi as well as Tamil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of software services and IT industry is a plus. Strong research and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, etc. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
