Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Intern
Location: On-Site, GOHASH INCLUDE Pvt. Ltd. Nirman Nagar E, P.No.-31, 1st Floor, Shree Krishna Tower, Ajmer Road, Opp. Asopa Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302024

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)
Stipend: Performance-Based (Incentives on Closures)
Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research to identify potential B2B clients and leads.
  • Reach out to clients through:
  • LinkedIn (basic outreach)
  • Email writing
  • Introductory calls (cold/warm leads)
  • Maintain lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Assist in preparing:
  • Introductory messages/emails
  • Proposal drafts and pitch documents
  • Support sales team during client calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Attend team discussions and training sessions regularly.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Recent graduates or pursuing final year in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Basic understanding of IT services like Websites, Mobile Apps, or Software.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Email, and LinkedIn.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

  • Knowledge of tools like Trello, Slack, or any CRM.
  • Previous internship experience in sales or marketing.
  • Interest in tech-based products or startups.
