Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive within the insurance sector. The role includes responsibilities such as identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Business Development Executive will be expected to work closely with the management team to develop strategies for expanding the company’s client base and driving revenue growth, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Business acumen
• Skills in Account Management and building client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with corporate insurance policies and products is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
