About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative selling over phone WhatsApp and video calls 2. Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs 3. Achieve set targets on calls meetings and conversions 4. Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged 5. Address objections answer product-related questions and build trust 6. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion 7. Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g. LeadSquared Zoho Salesforce) 8. Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups 9. Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead 10. Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings 11. Stay updated with product knowledge pricing and industry trends Requirements: 1. Have 1-3 years in inside sales or tele sales preferably in EdTech Healthcare Tech or D2C services 2. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication 3. Be persuasive with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions 4. Be goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets 5. Be comfortable with CRM tools and structured follow-ups 6.
