About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, Quora, and X 2. Build, test, and optimize audience segments, creatives, and conversion funnels 3. Set up and manage UTMs, Events, and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Analytics 4. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure pixel/event accuracy and performance tracking 5. Own key reporting metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, Spend Efficiency, and Funnel Drop-offs 6. Build custom dashboards using Looker Studio, Meta Reports, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4) 7. Run weekly reporting loops with actionable insights and tests 8. Understand healthcare-specific ad guidelines and compliance across platforms 9. Partner with designers and content team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages Requirements: 1. 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience 2. Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C health products 3. Expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and at least 2 of the following: Quora, X, Snapchat 4. Experience setting up and troubleshooting tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) 5. Proficiency in GA4, Meta Events Manager, and conversion APIs 6. Strong knowledge of UTM parameters, attribution models, and funnel tracking 7. Excellent command of Excel or Sheets and dashboard tools like Looker Studio 8.
