Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain courses and services
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Handle student queries and provide end-to-end admission support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience in EdTech, Sales, or Counselling will be an added advantage
