Business Development Executive (Hotel)

We are seeking a Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive to enroll hotels on hotels-x.com, and implement marketing strategies to increase guest bookings. The role involves a mix of enrollment of hotels, digital marketing and business development to maximize occupancy and revenue.

*Job Responsibilities*

• Enroll and update hotel property listings on hotels-x.com websites & educate hotel front desk staff on hotels-x.com and app.
• Manage hotel’s online presence, ensuring accurate information, photos, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase hotel visibility and attract more guests.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, travel agencies, and corporate clients to generate business.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust hotel’s online strategy.
• Work with the hotel team to optimize room rates and occupancy.
• Track performance of online campaigns, guest bookings, and conversion rates.
• Handle guest inquiries received via online platforms and support customer engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to drive referrals and brand awareness.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, bookings, and marketing activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
