Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive , you’ll play a key role in guiding aspiring learners toward their career goals in Artificial Intelligence and related domains. You’ll be the bridge between students dreams and their learning path.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery calls with prospective students to understand their background, aspirations, and skill sets
* Provide AI career guidance and course counseling with clarity and empathy
* Prepare detailed student profile reports and share insights with the management
* Collaborate with the academic and admission team for personalized learning suggestions
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil
* A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in student success
* Prior experience in counseling, mentoring, or tech education is a bonus
