Our mission is to enable scalable, talent-ready growth with customized BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) models and skill-assessed tech teams.Role SummaryWe are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B and direct sales, with strong skills in sales planning, client acquisition, and deal closure. This role will support our mission of delivering high-value offshoring and GCC (Global Capability Center) solutions to global clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales Planning & Strategy ExecutionDevelop and execute B2B sales strategies to target potential clients in global markets.Create and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.Identify and prioritize key sectors such as Technology, AI, SaaS, D2C, and Marketing.Lead Generation & Client AcquisitionActively engage in outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and referrals.Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.Consultative Selling & Target AchievementConduct client discovery sessions to assess offshoring needs and talent gaps.Present tailored solutions including GCC setup, BOT models, and team-building strategies.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.Proposal Development & Deal ClosureCoordinate with pre-sales and operations teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and SLAs.Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations with client stakeholders.Relationship Management & UpsellingBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Heads of HR/Tech).Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., HR support, branding, infra).Reporting & Market FeedbackTrack performance metrics, market trends, and competitive insights.Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on sales progress and forecasts.Key Requirements13 years of hands-on experience in B2B and direct sales roles.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Strong background in sales planning, prospecting, and pipeline management.Prior experience in selling IT services, offshoring solutions, or working with GCCs is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Work ScheduleShift Timings: Fixed shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and US time zones (as per requirement)
