Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with business owners, and contributing to company growth through field sales activities.
This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their business needs at a high level, and coordinating with the internal team to convert opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach potential business clients in assigned areas
· Conduct regular field visits and interact with decision-makers
· Present company offerings in a clear and professional manner
· Understand basic client requirements and challenges
· Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
· Schedule meetings or discussions with senior team members
· Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads
Required Skills
· Prior experience in field sales / business development preferred
· Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions
· Strong communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
· Self-motivated and target-oriented
· Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
Qualifications
· Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
· 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred
· Freshers with strong sales attitude may be considered
