Job Description

You are a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive seeking to join a growing team. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business leads and drive sales of the cutting-edge School Visitor Management System within the Delhi NCR region. You will play a crucial role in expanding market presence and ensuring the safety and security of educational institutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting potential clients such as schools and educational institutions through various channels like cold calling, online research, networking, and industry events. Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and assessing their needs for visitor management solutions will be key aspects of your role. You will be required to schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the School Visitor Management System. Additionally, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals will be part of your responsibilities. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will also be a crucial performance indicator. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients are essential components of this role. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the education sector. Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights will be necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. Experience in selling software solutions is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong negotiation and closing skills. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important qualities for this role. A strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges faced by schools will also be beneficial.
