Telecalling / Inside Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
  • Explain FileTaxOnline's services clearly and confidently
  • Pitch services to decision-makers and close sales
  • Convert inquiries into revenue-generating projects
  • Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Maintain basic call and lead follow-up records

Eligibility & Skills

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Fluent spoken English (mandatory)

  • Good command of Hindi
  • Prior telecalling / inside sales experience preferred
  • Confident communicator with convincing skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
