Your key responsibilities will include: - Initiating outbound calls to promote our IT services to businesses. - Recognizing potential IT requirements and challenges faced by decision-makers. - Presenting the advantages of our services in a clear and concise manner. - Addressing inquiries about our company and offerings. - Assessing leads based on specific criteria. - Scheduling appointments for our sales staff with qualified leads. - Maintaining precise records of call activities and subsequent follow-ups. - Keeping abreast of our IT service portfolio and industry developments. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in cold calling for IT services. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali with a fluent speaking accent. - Strong active listening capabilities. - Capacity to comprehend IT services and effectively communicate their value. - A positive and professional demeanor. - Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous. - Ability to perform under pressure.
