Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule meetings with hotel clients, and provide detailed information about our hospitality services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential and existing hotel clients. Clearly communicate the range of services offered by the company to hoteliers. Maintain an up-to-date database of client interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding service features and benefits. Assist the sales or business development team in lead generation and conversion. Follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience dealing with hotel clients or B2B service sales.
