Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers from digital lead sources and convert them into successful sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for LED, Solar, and Renewable Energy products. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion strategies. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to offer informed solutions to customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in LED, Solar, Renewable Energy, or a similar B2B industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy, LED technology, or renewable energy solutions is a plus. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales success. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling digital sales leads. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
