About the Role

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  B2C sales

  through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Achieve

  weekly and monthly sales targets

  with strong conversion ratios.
• Manage and update leads efficiently using

  CRM tools

  .
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory:

  Minimum 1 year of experience in

  EdTech B2C Sales

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language or Marathi.
• Ability to handle

  high-volume calling

  and consistent follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based environments.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
