About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our eCommerce business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling eCommerce solutions, web stores, and related digital services, with a strong understanding of online retail trends and client needs..

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for eCommerce design, development, and marketing projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create and present tailored eCommerce proposals and project roadmaps.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the eCommerce and retail tech space.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and client pitching to deal closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of online retail, payment gateways, product listing strategies, and store optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective business solutions.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
