Role: Business Development Executive (Design & Build Solutions)

We are hiring our first Sales & Client Acquisition professional who can confidently represent MB World, communicate clearly in English, and help clients understand how our Design & Build solutions fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements for Design & Build projects
• Explain services clearly (Interior, Exterior, Construction, Exhibition)
• Handle inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Schedule meetings with our Architects, Designers & Engineers.
• Follow up and maintain a smooth client experience
• Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM
• Convert inquiries into active projects

Who Should Apply

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
• Confident in handling premium clients
• Positive, ambitious, and eager to grow with a startup
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers welcome)
• Willing to learn about interior, construction, and design services
• Able to represent MB World professionally
