CueForGood is an eCommerce Agency for sustainable, planet-friendly, & purpose-driven brands. We believe in the ethos of using Business as a Force for Good, & work with those for-profit’ eCommerce brands (B2B & B2C) who want to leverage eCommerce for a greater purpose. With a management team having over 2 decades of experience in eCommerce and Technology, we are currently around 40 purpose-fueled eCommerce specialists and growing. We specialize in all Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and PHP/Laravel web development. For Digital Marketing & Design, we are platform agnostic.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels including calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • You will be directly working with the management gaining firsthand insights into the entrepreneurial journey and work methods.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Sales Documentation, proposals and Reporting
  • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasted revenue to share with sales management.
  • Sales Strategy and Closing: Collaborate with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Understand and assess clients' requirements, and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.
  • Address existing clients grievances and urgent requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any experience of selling to the North American, European, and Oceania markets (B2B environment) would be great!
  • Any experience of working with eCommerce businesses/ clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Adaptability to learn about new products, industries, and market trends.
