  • Conduct research and analyze the market to identify potential clients.
  • Contact prospects through social media, phone, and email.
  • Qualify leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Meet with and show our software products to prospective clients.
  • Listen to client requirements and present products to meet those requirements.
  • Negotiate and close the sales deals.
  • Monitor and maintain leads through CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads for a hassle-free sales process.
  • Coordinate very closely with product and customer care teams to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Team up with the marketing team for coordinated sales and marketing efforts.
