Job Description

Key Responsibility Area: -

· Prospect for potential new clients and turn it into increased business.

· Cold call along with the team as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

· Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

· Research and build relationships with new clients. Help the team set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

· Stay in touch with clients for upcoming events, activations & projects.

· Plan approaches and pitches.

· Work on client briefs – Brainstorm & help team prepare presentations.

· Coordinate with creative team.

· Work with the Concept and Creative team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

· Prepare Project Estimates and negotiate and close with clients.

· Handle special projects / small & large format events / televised events end to end.

· Front end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships within the client organization, generate and negotiate new Business from existing accounts for Insync.

· Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives.

· Negotiating with clients & closing the deal.

· Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams.

· Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries.

· Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events.

· Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business.

· Manage a marketing team, nurture and grow them and be responsible for meeting individual and team target.

· Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations.

· Brand Management: Identify and analyse brands to partner with on various projects, understand competition, research and knowledge of current trends (marketing / lifestyle / others).

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
